Kazakh National University named by Al-Farabi celebrates 80th anniversary
Mayor of Almaty Akhmetzhan Yessimov, Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Aslan Sarinzhipov, Chairman of the Supreme Court Kairat Mami, and a number of famous graduates, congratulated the staff, students and graduates, the Governor's oOfice of the city reported.
Akhmetzhan Yessimov read out the congratulation of the President of Kazakhstan.
"The University named after the great philosopher Al-Farabi is a leader among universities in the country. During the years of independence KazNU significantly increased the level of education students increased educational facilities of the University. Every year more and more graduates of the best schools choose this school. This indicates a high demand of the univerisity," the greeting reads.
