Nazarbayev and Putin viewed cooperation within EAEU
During the talks, the sides discussed bilateral cooperation in industrial, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres and current topics on the international agenda as well.
The two leaders also touched on the key aspects of the agreement signed by the Eurasian Economic Union and the main directions of cooperation between the countries in the framework of the association .
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted the high dynamics of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia, which has a beneficial effect on the development of key industries.
In turn, Vladimir Putin stressed successful development of bilateral relations, stressing the need for greater cooperation in high-tech sectors .
Following the meeting were signed documents on cooperation in the field of oil and oil products on the construction of nuclear power plants in Kazakhstan, the development of alternative energy and others.
