“Salamatty Kazakhstan” program realization summarized in E Kazakhstan

Head of the Health Сare department of East Kazakhstan region Vadim Ovsyannikov told about the main results of the activity.

First, the total census of population were made for fixing them to the ambulatory section in frames of State Program.

In addition, V.Ovsyannikov noted that mortality rate indicators has decreased.  So, maternal mortality has decreased up to 33 %, moreover, any case of the maternal mortality was registered in the region this year.  

Infant’s mortality has dropped up to 19 %, mortality from blood circulation illnesses - up to 5 %, from oncological pathologies -up to 3.6%. It should be noted the timely case detection has improved.  According to the latest data, 80 % of the total cases were detected at the early stage which  promotes more effective care.
