Governor of Kyzylorda region and Tony Blair discussed region’s development
Mutual cooperation of supporting the Kyzylorda region through the way of growth and reforms were discussed during the meeting.
Governor of the region pointed out the region is developing dynamically, has the developed infrastructure, a big amount of useful fossil, and mutual cooperation will be useful for attraction of of the leading world investors, especially in the metallurgical sphere.
Besides, positive results of realization of project “Regulation of the Surdarya River’s watercourse and preservation of the Aral Sea northern part” with the help of the World Bank were pointed out while consideration of effective realization of the Aral Sea rehabilitation projects.
In his terms Tony Blair noted the opportunity of Kyzylorda region’s support on improvement of investment attractiveness, solving of ecological problems and attraction of foreign experts.
The sides agreed to cooperate further in joint projects’ implementation.
