Plant for natural-gas liquefaction to be built in Kyzylorda region by 2016 - Ministry of Oil & Gas
"For the first time in Kazakhstan it is planned to build plant for natural-gas liquefaction within the framework of intergovernmental agreements with the Chinese side. Construction of the plant is planned in Kyzylorda with capacity of at least 100 million cubic meters per year. The development of a feasibility study is expected to complete in 2016," Deputy Minister of Oil and Gas said.
M. Mirzagaliyev also said that "the introduction of such technologies in Kazakhstan is considered, where diesel fuel and gasoline produced from the natural gas."
On March 7 this year, the Ministry and the British company signed a memorandum on cooperation in the development of data integration of information technology. Currently, this work has been continued.
