Government intends to broaden cooperation with international finical institutions- Y. Dossayev

Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev informed the Government intends to broaden cooperation with international finical institutions on egalitarian basis in order to ensure more effectiveness of the Presidential instructions.

Besides, the Minister noted the framework Agreement on partnership with the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan and Group of the World Bank on strengthening of cooperation in order to contribute sustainable and economy growth of Kazakhstan.

“The Government realizes actively further diversification and improve the country’s economy competitiveness. In addition, special emphasis is placed on attracting investment in the economy, private enterprise development and support small and medium enterprises, human capital development and the financial sector. It  bears reminding to fulfill the Presidential instruction, it was decided to allocate 1 trillion tenge from the National  Fund for 2014-2015 years. Under this agreement the World Bank Group intends to assist the work carried out by the Government with the approval of management and the Board of Directors by providing loans and other financial support within the indicative investment portfolio of Kazakhstan, which amounts about 2.5 billion dollars today," Y. Dossaev stated.
