Over 150 thousand nurses work in Kazakhstan- Ministry of Health

Every year International Nurses Day is celebrated around the world on 12 May.
In celebration of the International Day of Nurses competitions among professional nursing professionals, round tables, seminars, workshops, master classes were held in all regions of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference "The role of nursing in primary health care" will take place on May 16 in Astana
According to the Ministry of Health, presently, more than 150 thousand nurses work in Kazakhstan. 28 public and 40 private medical colleges provide training.
