Astana launches shipping navigable season on May 15 (PHOTOS)

The opening of navigation 2014 will take place at Yessil River on May 15. Children of orphan home for disabled, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the honor guests of the capital will take part in the solemn ceremony.
The length of the navigable route at the Yessil River is nine kilometers, according to the city’s administration.
The company’s fleet consists of 8 units courts. Among them, 5 comfortable passenger ships with a capacity of 69, 60, 32 and 45 people, tugs and rescue boats.
Currently two terminals Kenesary and Radisson run in the city.
