Kazakh President signs Decree to appoint S. Akhmetov as Defence Minister

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has decreed to appoint Serik Akhmetov as Defence Minister of Kazakhstan, the press service of Akorda reports.
"To appoint S. Akhmetov as Defence Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan," a statement reads.
