New Kazakh Secretary of State appointed

President of Kazakhstan has signed a decree "On appointment of Adilbek Dzhaksybekov as Secretary of State of Republic of Kazakhstan," the press service of Akorda reported.
"To appoint Adilbek Dzhaksybekov as Secretary of State of Republic of Kazakhstan," the decree reports.
