“Last year, the Ministry introduced a rating system for evaluating hospitals. It primarily aimed at ensuring transparency of medical services. Thus, health care providers have a real focus on the patient, responsibility for the quality and outcome of treatment,” the Minister noted.

According to her, "a system of cumulative credit hours of post-graduate training is introduced in order to obtain the qualification categories and doctors of academic profile." Thus, hospitals have become more independent in the distribution of the allocated funds.
