According to the Head of Agriculture Dyusembay Selikhanov , the vehicles equipped with special equipment for veterinary technicians will appear in all cities , districts and rural districts. The special set of veterinary car includes a thermos for the transport of blood, spraying disinfectant , surgical instruments . In addition, in the near future, all veterinary items of the East Kazakhstan Region will be supplied with special equipment , so-called "disinfection plants of Komarov" and all-terrain motor vehicles . All this would enable rural professionals to provide services timely and in full.

The measures are highly relevant . According to the Ministry of Agriculture , three foot and mouth disease outbreaks have been registered in the two districts of East Kazakhstan region. The  emergency has been declared .
