State aviation's safety flights points discussed in Astana

Ensuring of the safety flights of the state aviation were discussed at the conference in Astana.

The overhead personnel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, commanders of the aviation units of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan and representatives of the aviation services of the Border Guard of the Committee of National Security of Kazakhstan, the Committee of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, representatives of the Main Military Procuracy and the Civil Aviation Committee took part in the work of the conference. The relevant issues and tasks in preparation of professional pilots, taking effective measures on ensuring safety of flights and combat readiness of the units of the state aviation were discussed.

During the conference the participants noted that presently the indicators of the accident risk in the state aviation remained at an unacceptably high level. They also noted there were no significant changes that would make any positive progress in this field.

Head of the department for supervision and control over safety of state aviation flights of Kazakhstan Murat Kazhmuratov delivered a report at the conference. He reported on the main causes of the aircraft accidents of 2013 and read the recommendations required for prevention of aircraft accidents.

The state aviation of Kazakhstan united all aviation units of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, Border Guard of the Committee of National Security, internal troops of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and is one of the high technology, combat ready and mobile means of ensuring security of the country.
