Astana hosts human resources development conference

Organizers of the forum devoted to the 75 anniversary of the known scientist, the state and public figure, the academician of National academy of Sciences Kenzhegali Sagadiyev, is the RK Ministry of Education and Science, Committee on welfare development of Majilis of Parliament, Fund of the First President and the Eurasian national university. The deputy prime minister of RK Kayrat Kelimbetov, the Minister of Education and Science of RK Bakytzhan Zhumagulov, deputies of Parliament, scientists from Kazakhstan, the USA, Koreas, China, Malaysia, Italy, Great Britain, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine took part in the event.

Plenary session was opened by Bakytzhan Zhumagulov who has told in the report on innovations which were undergone in recent years by education and sciences as main "a smithy of the human capital". Thus he noted that today the special emphasis is placed on development of system of quality engineering education and the modern technical specialties demanded by economy.

Deputy PM Kayrat Kelimbetov in his performance also emphasized what exactly the human capital is defining in achievement of strategic problems of many states. Also there is a lot of examples how inventions of certain people not only had impact on economy of separately taken country, but also changed the world.
