Grants to be allocated for extended number of purposes – K. Bishimbayev

K. Bishimbayev informed that one of the affiliate companies of the Holding would have extended scheme of the mechanisms for allocation of the grants for innovators.

“Provision of grants on innovations is a big direction. Innovation grants are given to people willing to start their innovative business. A great work has been done on selection of innovative projects over the period of the program implementation period. More than 120 enterprises received financial assistance totaling over USD 100 million within this framework,” he said.

“Recently, the Government approved the extension of the grant allocation mechanisms. To be more exact, the grants will now be allocated for a wider range of purposes including transfer of technologies. This is what the Head of State said in his Address to the Nation,” he added.
