Tokayev expresses support for National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center

The Kazakh President, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has received Yuri Pya, the Board Chairman at the National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center, the Akorda press service informs.
The Kazakh head of state has heard the current results of the Center’s activities, achievements and its perspectives for further development.
Yuri Pya has dwelled on the plans to create a large scientific and research and educational institution based on the Center. The project will be carried out jointly with international partners.
The Kazakh President stressed a special role in raising the quality and accessibility of health services in the country, and outlined his continuous support for the Center’s development.
