Kazakh President congratulated Boris Johnson on becoming PM of UK

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a letter to Boris Johnson congratulating on becoming the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Britain and the Northern Ireland, the Akorda press service informs.
“Your landslide victory in the Conservative Party leadership election is a recognition of your remarkable achievements and dedicated service to Britain,” the letter reads.
The Kazakh head of state underlined that Kazakhstan and Britain have been developing a strategic partnership through the strong ties of friendship, trust and mutual understanding. The Kazakh President expressed hope for further strengthening the bilateral cooperation and opening new investment opportunities.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Boris Johnson all the best on the new post and prosperity to the British people.
