President of Kazakhstan awarded best national servicemen
Having congratulated the ceremony participants on the Fatherland Defenders Day and Victory Day, the Head of State highlighted the contribution of military personnel and employees of special state bodies to the security of Kazakhstan.
“Protection of our native land, bequeathed to us by our ancestors, is our common duty. I am absolutely convinced that as long as such courageous people like you are on guard for the security of the Fatherland, we can be confident in the bright future of our country”, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
The Head of State stressed that First President of Kazakhstan, Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev, always singled out security as the cornerstone in the system of domestic and foreign policy of our state.
“Protection of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and national interests of Kazakhstan are the main guidelines for our army and security forces. The greatest responsibility for solving these strategically important tasks lies with the commanding corps — generals and officers. The state of affairs and the quality of combat training in the troops and law enforcement agencies depend on your competent leadership. All your strengths, knowledge and experience should be aimed at improving the combat capability of our Armed Forces, the effective work of law enforcement agencies and special services to protect the rule of law and the constitutional order”, the President of Kazakhstan stated.
Addressing the generals and officers, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the award of the highest military and special ranks is a worthy evaluation of their work.
“This is not only recognition of your professional and personal merit, but also a new level of responsibility, the ability to solve larger problems. I am sure that you will make every effort to make strong and prosperous Kazakhstan”, the Head of State said.
