Nursultan Nazarbayev gave instructions on preparations for APK’s 25th anniversary
At the meeting, the First President of Kazakhstan - Yelbasy was informed about the progress in preparing for the XVII session of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the press service of the First President of Kazakhstan – Yelbasy reported.
Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed the importance of ensuring the thorough organization of the upcoming event, and also noted the necessity of the timely preparation for the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the APK next year.
“Next year we are going to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the APK. The anniversary of the Assembly should be held at a good level, both in the center and in all regions. Consent, stability, friendship of the people, respect between various ethnic groups, religious confessions are the basis of our state, the foundation of all development. And this should be the basis of the planned activities”, Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
At the end of the meeting, the First President of Kazakhstan gave a number of specific instructions.
Also, First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev met with Chairman of the National Bank Yerbolat Dossayev.

During the meeting, Nursultan Nazarbayev was presented with information on the current status of the country's currency and financial market.
“Currently, there is a positive trend in oil prices. The economic situation in the country and the tenge rate are stable. Recently, the National Bank and the Government have made a joint statement to the public. I believe that this was correct on your part”, the First President of Kazakhstan said.
In addition, Leader of the Nation N. Nazarbayev was informed about the measures taken to ensure the stability of the financial sector and curb inflation.
