“Social policy should be balanced and not provoke the growth of dependent attitudes. The main task of the state is to set people to work so that they will be able to make their bread. Assistance should be provided to those in special need and be strictly targeted. I will personally control that all allocated funds will reach every family and a particular person”, the President of Kazakhstan has said at the XVIII regular congress of the Nur Otan Party.
