According to Dossanova, she is glad that the President pays special attention to the education sphere. It is important that the Law "On Status of Teacher" may be passed in 2019. It will encourage young people to prosper and work hardly.
"The status of a teacher should be bigged up. Young teachers have no desire to work, because they are charge with unforeseen uncharacteristic functions. And nobody pays for it. It is fortunate that the first steps have been already done. The wages have been increased. The Government started to pay attention to the quality of education. This is very happy teachers", she said.
The elementary school teacher believes that the announcement of 2019 as the Year of Youth will touch schools too.
"2019 announced as the Year of youth and I think it will also affect schools. After listening to the Address I told my colleagues what innovations await us next year. My colleagues are happy and they are for our President only. We support his every Address", A. Dossanova commented.
