Nazarbayev gave a number of instructions to Security Council Secretary

Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev held a meeting with Assistant to the President - Secretary of the Security Council Gabit Baizhanov, Akorda’s press-service reported.
During the meeting, the Head of State stressed that the Security Council is a special body that coordinates the state policy in ensuring national security, law and order, and strengthening the country's defense capability.
"The new law on the Security Council significantly expands its powers. In this regard, it is necessary to study in detail the legal framework, including the documents regulating the activities of law enforcement and special bodies", the President of Kazakhstan said.
In turn, G. Baizhanov reported to Nursultan Nazarbayev on the preparations for the next meeting of the Security Council.
At the end of the meeting, the Head of State gave a number of specific instructions on the further work of the Security Council.
