Shymkent will become a new center of attraction of investments, technologies and intellectual resources of the entire Central Asian region

Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed that newly formed Turkestan region has all the opportunities for the qualitative implementation of new administrative functions, and noted the important historical significance of the decision.
"Shymkent will become a new center of attraction of investments, technologies and intellectual resources not only of our country, but of the entire Central Asian region. For this, there are all the conditions and the necessary potential", the Head of State stressed.
