CNPC is one of main partners of Kazakhstan in oil refining - President
Having noted that CNPC is one of Kazakhstan's main partners in the production, transportation and deep processing of oil and gas, the Head of State expressed satisfaction with the activities of this enterprise in the country.
"In general, over 100 million tons of oil have been produced in Kazakhstan over the years. We are ready to continue cooperation with your company, especially using the Kenkiyak-Atyrau oil pipeline, which will ensure an increase in oil supplies to China and an increase in domestic supplies", Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
In turn, the CEO of the company noted that CNPC has been cooperating with Kazakhstan partners for more than 20 years and achieved great success in this.
"Thanks to your attention and the assistance of the Chinese Government we were able to achieve these impressive results. Let me express to you a high respect and gratitude. I would like to assure you that we have the opportunity and the desire to develop and work further", Wang Yilin said.
The head of the company informed the President of Kazakhstan about the past negotiations and signed agreements within the framework of the Business Council meeting.
"Our Government and personally Mr. Xi Jinping are interested in developing close cooperation with Kazakh partners at a new level. We are full of confidence that we will cope with this task", the head of the Company assured.
