President visited several facilities in Uralsk

Nursultan Nazarbayev got acquainted with the technological process of manufacturing case furniture at "Kvant" LLP furniture factory, the press service of Akorda informed.

The President of Kazakhstan was provided with information about the current financial and economic state of the enterprise and plans to expand the production and a list of finished products.

Also, during the visit to the factory, Nursultan Nazarbayev was informed about the socio-economic development of the region, including the current state and prospects of the industrial sector, small and medium-sized businesses.

In addition, on the territory of the enterprise, the Head of State familiarized with projects implemented within the framework of the program of industrial and innovative development. There was the modernization of the solid waste processing system for Finnish technology, the processing of skins and cattle, the production of bakery and pasta, chemical production, hydrotreatment of diesel fuel components.

"Kvant" company carries out the production of foam rubber, mattresses, cabinet and upholstered furniture. All materials used are environmentally friendly and comply with government standards.

The furniture is made by modern equipment of European manufacturers using advanced technologies.

Also, the President of Kazakhstan got acquainted with the work of "Zhaiyk Agro LTD" LLP food enterprise, which specializes in the production and harvesting of poultry meat.

During the visit, the Head of State was provided with the information on the production capacities of the enterprise and the sale of finished products.

In addition, Nursultan Nazarbayev was reported on the work of local enterprises for the procurement and production of meat products brands "Myasodel" and "Kubley."

"Zhaiyk Agro LTD" LLP produces 7,200 tons of poultry meat per year. At the same time, 90% of the products are directed to the domestic market, to the foreign market -10%.

During his visit to "West Kazakhstan Engineering Company" JSC the President of Kazakhstan got acquainted with the process of production of equipment and components used in the field of hydrocarbon production and transportation.

In addition, Nursultan Nazarbayev was shown the technological capacity of the enterprise, as well as samples of manufactured defense products - small arms and ammunition.
