"Zhangyru Zholy" new youth movement appeared in Astana
Welcoming the participants of the conference, the Secretary of State stressed the words of Nursultan Nazarbayev, said in the Address to the People "The Five Social Initiatives of the President": "I am convinced: prosperous Kazakhstan is, first of all, self-confident people who feel the protection, support and care of the state and responding to it reciprocity and patriotism".
"These initiatives fill the constitutional norm about the "social state" with a new concrete content. Their implementation will contribute to strengthening social cohesion and enhancing national prosperity. In the triad of transformations, the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program is at the heart of it, on which the overall success of the state largely depends", the Secretary of State said.
Gulshara Abdykalikova noted that this program is addressed to young people, who after a while will determine the course of the country's development. Therefore, the birth of the Zhangyru Zholy movement is a testament to the firm support of the youth of Kazakhstan's strategic course. The main mission of the movement should be the unification of active youth, able to contribute to the implementation of the tasks of the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program.
During the conference, the participants discussed the Five Social Initiatives of the President, the main directions of the program for modernization of public consciousness, approved the strategy of the Zhangyru Zholy movement for 2018-2020 and other documents.
