5 social initiatives of country's development proposed by President
Thus, the Head of State proposed to reduce the tax burden for Kazakhstanis with low salaries. In addition, a new mortgage program "7-20-25" was proposed. The Head of State raised the issue of allocating grants for technical specialties, the issue of SME development and gasification of the regions.
"Today in the Parliament I appeal to the people with new social initiatives. It is time to make concrete efforts to further strengthen the social unity of our society, and to do this through large-scale social projects. The state is going to this, in fact, to drastic measures. The idea "Kazakhstan is our common home" should be filled with a new tangible meaning. Given the importance of the new proposals, I initiated the convening of this joint meeting of the chambers of the Parliament and the Government to discuss new social initiatives aimed at further improving the welfare of every Kazakhstani", Nursultan Nazarbayev said during the meeting.
The Head of State noted that all proposals are thought out and they have a logical continuation of the state programs that have been already implemented.
