Nursultan Nazarbayev received Karim Massimov

President Nursultan Nazarbayev met with Chairman of the National Security Committee Karim Massimov, Akorda’s press service reported.
The Head of State was informed about the current activities of the Committee and the tasks for the forthcoming period.
On the eve of the upcoming meetings of the Foreign Ministers and Heads of state of Central Asia, Nursultan Nazarbayev noted the importance of cooperation with foreign counterparts in strengthening regional security and countering religious extremism and terrorism.
At the end of the meeting, the President of Kazakhstan gave a number of specific instructions.
