Nazarbayev positively assessed the work of all Government members
Head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev holds a meeting with the participation of the members of the Government and Governors of the regions in Astana, BNews.kz reported.
At the expanded meeting of the Government, the results of the social and economic development of the country for 2017 will be summarized, as well as the plans for 2018 will be discussed.
“Talking honestly, 2018 was quite difficult in terms of the world economy. Our situation was not stable. However, as a result of the work of the Government, we reached the right results. The growth of the economy by 4%, and inflation at the level of 7%, it is a new level for us. That is why I gave a positive assessment to the work of all members of the Government. But we need to further achieve new heights, because there are certain flaws in state programs,” the head of state said.
The Prime-Minister, heads of the Ministries and Departments, Governors of the regions will deliver reports.
