Kazakhstanis to be able to receive consultations on social issues through WhatsApp
The interaction of specialists of the Ministry with the population through WhatsApp messenger is aimed at more rapid exchange of information on the issues of social and labor relations.
"Citizens can send their questions to WhatsApp messenger at +77001011414. Now citizens can directly receive answers to questions they are interested in, which will raise the public awareness on the issues of pensions, benefits, disability, support for large families, migration and labor relations", press secretary of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Nurlybek Zhenisbek said.
He reminded that this year the Ministry is envisaging to introduce the targeted social assistance of a new format, revise the mechanism for the appointment of a basic pension payment, introduce the state assistance for parents caring for adults of the 1st group from childhood, formalize the self-employed population. In addition, the system of social services will be modernized, reformatting the service of the medical and social expertise to establish disability, digitalization of the sphere providing for the introduction of the electronic labor exchange, electronic labor contracts, etc. is expected.
