Deputies approved bill regulating prices of medicines
The Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan approved the work of the draft law of Kazakhstan on introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the issues of circulation of medicines and medical products. This was reported by Mazhilis deputy Beybit Mamrayev at the first plenary session of the Mazhilis that took place this year.
"This draft law was developed in accordance with the Address of the President of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan. The main objectives of the bill are to ensure the availability, quality and safety of medicines and medical products, the rational use of medicines, the improvement of the planning system for the procurement of medicines and medical products. Additions are made in 14 legislative acts, including 5 codes and 9 laws of Kazakhstan", Beybit Mamrayev said.
