He noted that much has been done in the anti-corruption policy over the years of Independence - the political will of the Head of State in the fight against corruption has been firmly established, laws have been adopted, state structures along this line have been created, the spheres and causes of corruption have been studied, reforms of the state apparatus have been implemented, public services have become transparent, public, electronic and technological forms, civil society has adopted and supported the fight against corruption as an important state task.
"In order to achieve the goal and results of the 10 points outlined above, fighting against corruption play an important role, so strengthening the protection of citizens' rights, reducing the repressiveness of the criminal process, ensuring the rule of law, humanizing law enforcement activities, actively introducing intellectual systems in the field of public order and public safety will certainly help to reduce the level of corruption offenses", he said.
At the same time, according to the expert, it is necessary to change seriously and fundamentally the approaches to fighting corruption in the spheres of law enforcement agencies and state administrations, the less corruption offenses in these spheres, the much lower the level of this dangerous crime for state security, the efficiency of implementation and impact of economic reforms will increase, the living standards of people will improve and people's confidence in all branches of government will be strengthened.
