Kindergarten of modern format opened in Astana
The preschool is designed for 350 children. All conditions for preschool education are created there. For example, there is a musical hall, 2 sports halls, a hall for choreography, educational rooms for the intellectual development of children and an assembly hall for performing matinees and performances in the kindergarten.
"In the Address, the President emphasized that for the early development of children, everything possible should be done. At the same time, it is very important that special facilities, facilities for children are provided for this", G. Abdykalikova said.
She stressed that the demographic situation in the country is not bad.
"Last year, the year before last there was the maximum growth, the birth rate - 409 thousand children were born in the country. More than 30 thousand children were born in Astana. Astana is considered a city of youth, a city of children. In Astana, if 30 thousand children are born, then it turns out as one district of Karaganda region. This is a very good indicator, I think that in Astana there will be a great growth in the future", the Secretary of State noted.
The Secretary of State said that 849 new pre-school institutions were introduced in the country last year.
"In Astana more than 80 new objects have been introduced - kindergartens, various centers. But, of course, there is still a need. We now have only 90% of 3-6 years. We are tasked to ensure, by 2020, 100% of children with such kindergartens and institutions. We will work on this", Gulshara Abdykalikova said.
We note that in the kindergarten there are highly qualified teachers. The educational process will be conducted in Kazakh and Russian languages, with additional training in colloquial speech in English.
