AIFC to conduct IPO
According to T. Suleymenov, in order to implement the President's Address, a draft national action plan is submitted for consideration, in which 87 actions for 10 main tasks aimed at the development of the state are envisaged for the forthcoming period. Within the framework of the task "Reloading the financial sector" 8 actions are envisaged. They will be provided through the implementation of the National Bank's health improvement program.
"The event is aimed at securing the long-term business lending, drafting the Law of Kazakhstan "On restoring the solvency of individuals and introducing changes in the program for refinancing mortgage loans". Also, the preparation of the AIFC site for IPO will be provided and the IPO of a number of "Samruk-Kazyna" portfolio companies will be carried out in 2018", the Minister said.
We remind that the "Astana" International Financial Center announced the official launch and start of registration of companies. At the same time, an IPO is when the company wants to offer its shares to the general public, it conducts an IPO (Initial Public Offering - IPO). Accordingly, the status of the organization varies - instead of private (when a shareholder cannot become anyone), it becomes a public (the shareholder can become anyone).
