A.Issekeshev instructed to take measures to increase teachers' salary by 30%
"The current Address has a unique character, where the main vector of development of the country is digitalization, the introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of life, which is needed for the country to enter top leaders of a new world. The President set 10 priority tasks, where primary attention was paid to the modernization and digitalization of the Kazakhstani industry, transport and logistics infrastructure and certainly it is according to the tradition that a great attention is placed on issues of the social sphere", notes Mayor of the city Asset Issekeshev, reports the capital Mayor's Office.
During the meeting, A. Issekeshev gave a number of specific instrctions on ten priority directions of the Address. They include the development of an appropriate mechanism of PPP when modernizing of housing and communial infrastructure, to take the measures to increase the salary of teachers by 30% from January 1, 2018, to strengthen the quality of teaching of mathematic and natural sciences in all levels of education", to introduce electronic passports of health after pilot opiration and many other things.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Tsesnabank" Marat Dzhaukenov told about the tasks set before the bank sector of the country.
"The ten tasks set in the Address in complex indicate the development of technologies in all spheres, the increase of responsibility when providing citizens with more qualitative environment. These tasks require significant resources to be implemented, both human and technical and financial", says M. Daukenov.
Chairman of the Board of the Kazakh Agro-Technical University named after S. Seifullin Akhylbek Kurishbayev talked about the work done on conceptual change of the education process and the system of scientific research within an annual Address.
"The capital becomes more safe. Lawbreakers face with irreversibility of punishment. Today, modern smart-technologies and the system of photo and video fixation "Sergek" helps us a lot. The Head of State in the Address pointed the importance to introduce the quality of management of infrastructure everywhere. "Smart city" has the most clear weather forcasts. Within our project, we will install 50 meteorological sensors to get more coorect data. Modern techologies provide safety and comfort", notes head of the "Sergek" project Kairat Akhmetov in his speech.
The Mayor noted, that the work of all state bodies should be coordinated and focused to achieve 100 priority tasks set by the Head of State.
