Deputy: World experience should be studied for our legal system

Mazhilis Deputy Zauresh Amanzholava told about the provision of the rule of law on the Address of the President to the correspondent of IA Strategy2050.kz.

"In the Address of the President in fact we always talk about the rule of law. It is important to study the experience and to make our legal system, the system in the field of judicial expertise correspond to the world requairements. These are training of personnel, allocation of funds, improvement of material and technical base and exchange of experiences", said Zauresh Amanzholova.

According to her, this sphere needs a large inter-ministerial work, specifically the Ministries of Healthcare, Labor and Social Protection, as well as the Ministry of Relegious and Civil Society Affairs.

"The President in the Address clearly emphasized digitalization. In the legal system not only digitalization is needed, but also integration. In order to create inter-ministerial interaction", she underlined.

We note that in the ninth task of the Address "New possibilities of development in the condictions of the fourth industrial revolution", the Head of State says about fight against corruption and the rule of law. As the President notes, for today institutional changes in the legal and law-enforcement systems are being held.
