Ministry of Justice plans to rate each type of judicial expertise
Marat Beketayev notes, that in 2017 together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs a joint order was signed, which regulates the order of conducting expert reviews and it gave its results.
"After such reviews, a number of expertises, appointed by bodies of internal affairs, decreased. What are our actions for the future?" Reorganization of state institutions to state-owned enperprises gave an additional result in the interst of our judicial experts, heads, first of all, to correctly count money", says the Minister.
He noted that earlier state institutions had been on direct budget financing.
"Every month, the Center for Judicial Expertise issues an invoice to the Ministry of Justice. We check it, pay it. It is obvious, in Astana it is very difficult to check, for example, the number of resolutions and issues was in Uralsk or Aktau. We, in our own way, decided that each region will have Heads of Departments of Justice in each region to visualize these acts", says Beketayev.
In this connection, the Ministry shared about plans and work of the Ministry for the present year.
"With the help of the project of the World Bank, foreign consultants we want to develop methods and to rate each type of judicial expertise. To make it clear for us how much we pay. According to the results of each act we will analyze and send to the Department of Internal Affairs, the Posecutor's Office, law-enforcement bodies. It is certain that at the first stage this analysis will be advisory. But in the future we probably will come to the Parliament with an request to regulate this process too", concludes the Head of the Ministry of Justice.
We note at the governmental hour, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Beketayev told the way to correctly systemize an order and payment of services of judicial expertise.
