Number of managing directors in "Samruk-Kazyna" decreased twofold

By the decision of the Board the new structure of "National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC was approved.
According to the new structure, the number of managing directors was reduced from 10 to 5, the number of departments and structural units was reduced from 37 to 27, and one staff member of a deputy chairman of the board was introduced, the national company reported.
"The change in the structure is caused by the tasks to increase the mobility and management efficiency, deepen the process of transformation of "National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna", introduce a vertical structure of asset management, and improve the economic efficiency of the national companies that make up the Fund", the report reads.
The new structure was put in place on January 11 this year.
