"Smart city" system to be introduced in 11 spheres in S.Kazakhstan
In order to optimize urban life in Southern Kazakhstan, the introduction of "Smart-City" system began. To date, the concept of the model "Smart City" has been approved, indicators have been defined. It was said at a meeting on the implementation of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan", the Governor's Office of the region reported.
At the meeting, Governor of the region Zhanseemi Tuimebayev noted that this system will allow to effectively manage the region and stressed that work in this direction should be developed on the basis of the Address of the Head of the State "New Possibilities of Development in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
"In the 10th task of the Address, the Head of State noted that "Smart cities" will become the locomotives of regional development, the spread of innovations and the improvement of the quality of life throughout the country. That is why it is necessary to intensify the work to increase the computer literacy of the population and make a transition to the digital system", Tuimebayev said.
Along with this, as it became known, in accordance with the concept of development, the "Smart city" system will be introduced in 11 spheres. These are education, healthcare, housing and communal services, social services, transport, public administration, agriculture, ecology, tourism, security and construction. To date, the "digital office" has developed a plan for the introduction of digital technologies in each of the proposed sectors.
In Shymkent, some intellectual systems are already being introduced in the sphere of education. For example, an electronic diary was introduced to improve the quality of students' education in 779 schools in the region. In addition, in order to prevent human factors and corruption, a project was introduced to enroll children in kindergarten and the 1st forms in electronic form. Currently, through this service, more than 23,000 children have successfully enrolled in the kindergartens of the city, more than 64,000 destinations for enrollment were issued.
Moreover, the system for selecting the pedagogical staff "t-hunter" was introduced. The implementation of this system allows to submit online applications for participation in the contest through the official website of the city Mayor's Office, as well as pass an open competitive selection. During the implementation of the project, about 700 candidates were selected and employed as teachers in 491 secondary schools.
Currently, work is underway to introduce a module for automating procedures for the selection of personnel for pre-school institutions in the city.
