President of Kazakhstan signed amendments to decree on conducting reporting meetings with population
"1. To introduce in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 5, 2016 No. 190 "On Conducting Reporting Meetings with the Population of Heads of Central Executive Bodies, Governors, Rectors of National Higher Educational Institutions" (CAPG of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No.14, Article 53) the following amendments and additions:
The item 1 shall be stated in the following formulation:
"1. Heads of central executive bodies
(with the exception of the Ministries of defense, foreign affairs, defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan) annually during the second quarter to hold reporting meetings with representatives of the public with the organization of live broadcast on the republican television channel in coordination with the authorized body in the field of mass media and videoconferencing with regions during which to inform about the reforms implemented in the country, socio-economic development, achievement of key indicators of strategic plans and tasks for the development of relevant industries".;
The item 5 shall be stated in the following formulation:
"5. To the central and local executive bodies:
1) a month before the date of the reporting meetings, to publish in the central and regional print media, on the official Internet resources and the web portal of "e-government", including the Internet portal of open data, schedules for reporting meetings and information on the methods of direction of questions and proposals of the population for forthcoming reports;
2) to ensure the collection, analysis and ranking of questions and proposals from the population received one month before the date of the reporting meetings on the Internet portal of open data and the blog platform of the first heads of central and local executive bodies, as well as in other forms of calls",;
to add the following to the item 5-1:
"5-1. Heads of central executive bodies shall speak at a briefing of the Central Communications Service for the mass media on the results of the reporting meetings held no later than ten calendar days after the end of the reporting meeting".
2. The present Decree enters into force from the day of its first official publication", the text of the Decree reads.
