"Five years ago, Klaus Schwab, a founder, President of the World Economic Forum in Davos, published a book entitled "The Fourth Industrial Revolution". There he wrote what phenomenon we have today in the world. President's Address is the answer to the challenges that we face. Today a global race runs in the world. Kazakhstan, as a sovereign country, participates in this race. In the Address, the Head of State places great emphasis on the development of human capital", Bakytzhan Abdraiym said.
According to him, all 10 tasks in the Address relates to the quality of human capital, they are the development of digitalization, innovations, new technologies, the introduction of science-intensive productions, the increase of a status of a teacher.
"The industrial revolution is not only possibilities, but also risks. Undoubtedly, the new technological structure assumes the optimization of jobs. We need to understand and explain to our employees why this will happen and what opportunities they have to re-qualify for new specialties and be in the trend of change. Discuss this issue to help and clarify so that, realizing the reality, they began to reconsider their attitude", the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan said.
