National plan for implementation of President's Address to be prepared by Government

The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of National Economy to submit the coordinated draft of the Government Decree "On the Draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the approval of the national plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of the State to the people of Kazakhstan" New Possibilities of Development in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" in the Government until January 12.

"Dear colleagues, I ask you to take this work with great responsibility and show maximum efficiency in resolving the issues that arise on its implementation. You have plenty of experience and therefore I hope for the successful fulfillment of all the tasks assigned. In the course of execution of the instructions of the Head of the State, we will hear the Government on a regular basis", B. Sagintayev said.

In addition, the Head of Government placed the responsibility for coordination and control over execution of instructions on his Deputies.

"Minister of Information and Communications, Dauren Abaev, needs to develop an appropriate media plan for explaining the Address of the Head of State in the media. Heads of state bodies should submit their proposals to the draft plan of measures for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State to the Ministry of National Economy by the end of today", Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed.
