PM of Kazakhstan instructed to develop new tools for digitalization of domestic enterprises
Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted that the Government should realize in the near future 10 main tasks of the Address of the Head of State.
"On the first priority - the introduction of new technologies, the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in conjunction with interested state bodies and organizations, to develop new tools aimed at modernizing the digitalization of domestic enterprises with emphasis on the export of products and the transfer of technology. Identify pilot projects for the digitization of a number of industrial enterprises and start to implement them. Responsible Minister is Zhenis Kassymbek", the Prime Minister instructed.
The Ministry for Information and Communications in conjunction with interested state bodies were given the instruction to develop a complex of measures to design development of digital and innovation solutions on the base of the Nazarbayev University, the AIFC and the International Telepark of IT-Startups.
"On the future activities of the "Alatau" Innovation Technology Park, the Ministry for Investments and Development, together with the Ministry of Information and Communications, Mayor's Office of Almaty, to make concrete proposals within two weeks. The Ministry for Investments and Development to start developing a draft state program of the Third Five-Year Industrialization Plan with an emphasis on digital technologies. Responsible Minister is Kassymbek", B. Sagintayev emphasized.
At the same time, the Head of the Government instructed the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population together with Governor's Offices and interested Ministries to estimate risks of the release of employees with the connection of digitalization of the economy.
