N.Nigmatulin: Ten tasks of Address require active participation of Kazakhstanis
As noted by the speaker of the Mazhilis, the current Address of President of the country N. Nazarbayev is unique because it contains a specific program of measures of systemic modernization of Kazakhstan in the conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The main vector of the development of the country, proposed by the President in the Address, is digitalization, the introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of life, which is necessary for Kazakhstan to become a leader of the new world.
The Address of the President puts forward 10 main tasks for all branches of the economy and social sphere, which opens wide horizons for the country.
Priority attention is paid to modernization and digitization of the Kazakhstani industry, agro-industrial complex, transport and logistics infrastructure.
In the Address of the Head of the State, a great deal of attention is paid to issues of social development.
The active introduction of modern technologies in housing construction and the municipal sector, the creation of an advanced educational system, the increase in the availability and effectiveness of medical care, and the provision of quality employment will all improve the living standards of our citizens.
"Thus, the current Address of the President is an important stimulus for further modernization of the country. The comprehensive nature of the Address requires the active participation of all citizens of the country in the work on its implementation. The Address is a guide to action for every Kazakhstani", the Mazhilis speaker said.
He stressed that this requirement, first of all, refers to the Deputies of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.
"And we intend to ensure effective legislation support in the practical implementation of the privisions of the Address", Nurlan Nigmatulin summarized.
