On January 10, Wednesday, my annual Address to the people of Kazakhstan will be published. It is devoted to the development of the country in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution", the President said.

We note, on January 31, 2017, the text of the Address of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan, the Head of State thereat announced the start of the third modernization of Kazakhstan.
