MIC RK explained amendments to provision services of mobile communication
"Dear friends! Our Ministry introduces new amendments to the Rules of provision of communication services. I would like to note that the amendments focus on solving many problems, which during a long time concerned subscribers of mobile communication", the Miniter addressed to Kazakhstanis.
Dauren Abayev gave examples. Thus, the new rules do not allow telecom operators to provide services in the absence of funds on the personal account, in particular it concerns roaming services. Thus, we warn the operators of the formation of a "minus" on the balance of the subscriber number.
From now on, the practice of forcing the connection signal "beep" when dialing to the transferred numbers is eliminated. Now the establishment of additional acoustic signals and pauses before the call signal becomes possible only at the request of the subscriber.
"We also solved the problem of imposing additional communication services on the subscriber by introducing the ussd command or sending SMSs. Now mistakenly pressing a key, accidentally sending a message or other careless action will not lead to the connection of undesirable services", the Head of the Ministry said.
