Housing prices rose in Kazakhstan in 2017

The Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan told about how the prices in the housing market changed in 2017.
In 2017, the sale price of new housing increased by 1.3%, and resale of improved housing decreased by 1.6%, unimproved housing by 0.8%.
At the same time, the rent for improved housing has increased by 3.8%.
