Goat's milk processing plant launched in Akmola rgn
In Kazhymukan village, the Tselinograd district, Akbola region, the plant for goat's milk processing "Breading farm "Zerenda" was brought into operation, the regional communicaion service of the internal policy department informs.
The goat farm "Breeding farm "Zerenda" is a center that breeds goats with the best genetics in order to get the maximum milking. The farm was brought into operation in 2016. The total area is 20 ha. The goat farm includes the room for keeping goats, the milking room, the milk factory with the capacity of 350 tons per year, the workshop for feeding, hangars to store fodder, the administrative building. The cost of the project is 925 million tenge.
At the present time, more than 500 pedigree goats, 334 heads out of which were delivered from Holland, and the remaining 164 heads are the offspring obtained in the territory of the farm.
For today, the specialists from Italy commission the milk factory for processing of goat's milk and milk products with the capacity of one ton per hour.
