4 internet-platforms already joined Electronic Labor Exchange
Search for vacancies posted on these Internet platforms can be done at the Electronic Labor Exchange at www.enbek.kz. To view the full information on the vacancy, a transfer to the source site is carried out, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan informed.
At the same time, there are already 27 private employment agencies from West Kazakhstan, Aktobe, Atyrau, Kostanay, Zhambyl, South Kazakhstan, Karaganda regions and Astana, Almaty registered a personal cabinet on the portal and use the Electronic Labor Exchange to carry out their activities - mediation in job search and recruitment.
As previously reported, the Electronic Labor Exchange in October 2017 operated in a pilot mode in the employment centers of the cities of Astana, Almaty, Pavlodar and Shymkent. Since January 2018, the launch has been carried out throughout Kazakhstan. The employment centers of the population, according to the new business processes, will select candidates for vacancies, received through the portal www.enbek.kz from employers and private employment agencies.
For employers, a multi-channel procedure for registering vacancies is introduced without mandatory personal visits to employment employment centers. The employer can transfer to the employment center information about the availability of its vacancies through a personal cabinet in the Electronic Labor Exchange. This greatly simplifies the implementation of the mandatory legislative norm on the provision of vacancies to employment centers by employers.
"To register a personal cabinet on the Electronic Labor Exchange, it is sufficient to specify an e-mail address for the full use of the portal functionality and electronic digital signature for authentication and confirmation of the accuracy of the information submitted", the report said.
In their activity, employment centers switch to a proactive and targeted format of interaction with employers. In practice, approaches focused on the interests of employers will be implemented. As modern HR-services based on professional selection by competence, they will select the most suitable potential applicants for employers.
