39% of budget of Mangistau rgn to be spent on education

It is planned to spend 39% of the budget of Mangystau region on the sphere of education, it was known during the 15th session of the regional maslikhat.
"For these purposes, 59.7 billion tenge was allocated from the budget. 10.4 billion tenge was allocated for the maintenance of preschool institutions", Deputy Governor of the region Sholpan Ilmukhanbetova said.
According to her information, the number of kindergartens in the region increased to 258. Pre-school education covers 93% of children. 40 billion tenge will be allocated for school education. The funds will be directed, among other things, to the elimination of three-shift education.
The Deputy Governor noted that the total amount of the regional budget reached 152.2 billion tenge.
1.2 billion tenge was allocated for co-financing within the public-private partnership for the construction of the Ice Palace in Aktau.
